“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”
~Albert Einstein

For the past 30 years, I have supported individuals and communities around the world, across cultures and traditions, to find and develop their own resources for resilience. As a healer and mentor, I support each of my clients in developing their own personalized toolbox, full of practices and techniques that they can apply directly to the unfolding of their everyday life.

This resource corner gives you access the most powerful of these practices. Each of them works simultaneously on your body, mind and spirit.I have designed them drawing upon ancient wisdom that can be found in all religious and spiritual traditions, and combine them with the results of the latest research in psychology and neuroscience. So that you know why they work the way they do. My hope is that you will find here a few tools that you will adapt to your own lifestyle and needs.

Come back to visit this section often as I will keep adding more resources.

Béatrice has really helped me form some solid practices that helped me reach my goals. She taught me several modalities that helped me consistently recognize and honor my spiritual needs. I felt more peaceful, grounded and able to “connect” to my spiritual self.

It's no good giving my heart and my soul because you already have these. So I've brought you a mirror. Look at yourself and remember me. ~ Rumi   There are many reasons why I love this quote from Rumi. I could state them all or just say this: Wholeness is never really lost, it is only forgotten.  So here is my gift to you this holiday season: a ritual to help you remember AND nurture your own unique wholeness... I have recently recommended it to a few clients ahead of the New Year, and I am actually going to do it for myself as well. You don't have to do it all in one seating, but make sure that you give yourself enough time, and that you are in a quiet space without any distraction. Start with a few deep breaths through your whole body, and then at the center of your chest, through your heart chakra (if needed you can do a full body relaxation using one of my recordings). Allow things to come from your heart, not from your rational mind. Allow yourself to be surprised by what may come. Preparing the ritual: Two lists (Remembering that those are – and need to… Read More
