“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”
~Albert Einstein
For the past 30 years, I have supported individuals and communities around the world, across cultures and traditions, to find and develop their own resources for resilience. As a healer and mentor, I support each of my clients in developing their own personalized toolbox, full of practices and techniques that they can apply directly to the unfolding of their everyday life.
This resource corner gives you access the most powerful of these practices. Each of them works simultaneously on your body, mind and spirit.I have designed them drawing upon ancient wisdom that can be found in all religious and spiritual traditions, and combine them with the results of the latest research in psychology and neuroscience. So that you know why they work the way they do. My hope is that you will find here a few tools that you will adapt to your own lifestyle and needs.
Come back to visit this section often as I will keep adding more resources.

I wanted practical ways in which to daily refocus my thoughts and habits in a more positive direction. Through Béatrice’s guidanceI now feel I have a daily ritual that is truly mine, and so easy and positive.
Béatrice has really helped me form some solid practices that helped me reach my goals. She taught me several modalities that helped me consistently recognize and honor my spiritual needs. I felt more peaceful, grounded and able to “connect” to my spiritual self.

Not soaring through the skies, rising to what you might imagine as higher vibrations, but bound to the rails of human life, where you travel with others. Your hurry, organize, try to hold everything together — for your loved ones, your work, your responsibilities — and in the middle of it all, something gets taken from you. Your plans. Your schedule. All your contacts. Your sense of identity.… Read More
